Brick or Treat at TrainTastic

Where LEGO® and Halloween Come Together

Brick or Treat is TrainTastic’s LEGO®-filled Halloween event in Gulfport, combining creative building, themed challenges, costumes, trains, and seasonal fun inside the world’s largest model railroad museum.

Brick or Treat returns Saturday, October 31, 2026, with LEGO® activities, Halloween fun, building challenges, and a special appearance by Tim Howell from Season 4 of LEGO® Masters.

It is less about being scared and more about seeing what you can build when Halloween meets a pile of bricks.

What’s New for Brick or Treat 2026?

Meet a LEGO® Master

Tim Howell, a Houston-based model builder, brick artist, and former contestant on LEGO® Masters, is joining TrainTastic for Brick or Treat 2026.

After rediscovering his love of LEGO® bricks while building with his sons, Tim turned that passion into a full-time career creating custom models, kits, and large-scale builds. His work has included architectural models, custom company builds, and projects featured on the Unspeakable YouTube channel.

During Brick or Treat, guests will have the chance to meet Tim, see his creativity up close, and connect with a builder who turned a lifelong love of LEGO® into a career.

Dig In. Pick Your Bricks.

Looking for that one piece to finish a build, or just love digging through LEGO® bricks?

For Brick or Treat, TrainTastic is bringing out the Bulk Brick Bin, packed with LEGO® pieces available for purchase. Search through the selection, find the parts that catch your eye, and fill your container with pieces to take home.

From builders hunting for needed parts to kids who simply want to add to their collection, it is another way to bring a little bit of Brick or Treat home with you.

Available during Brick or Treat only. Additional purchase required.

Is Brick or Treat Good for All Ages?

Yes. Brick or Treat is fun for the whole family, but most LEGO® activities and building challenges are designed for ages 7 through adult LEGO® fans (AFOLs).

Because LEGO® bricks contain small parts, participating activities are recommended for ages 3+. Some challenges may be difficult for younger builders, but younger guests can still enjoy TrainTastic’s trains, LEGO® displays, interactive exhibits, and other museum experiences alongside the family.

Can We Wear Costumes?

Absolutely. Costumes are encouraged. Come dressed in your Halloween best and get ready to build, play, and celebrate.

We just ask that costumes be family-friendly and allow guests to safely move around, build, and enjoy TrainTastic’s exhibits and activities.
