Tricks, Treats & Trains is TrainTastic’s recurring Halloween tradition in Gulfport, bringing costumes, trick-or-treating, trains, carnival-style games, and family-friendly spooky fun together after dark.

What Happens at Tricks, Treats & Trains?
Guests can trick-or-treat throughout the event, play carnival-style games, visit the Haunted Depot, enter the costume contest, enjoy seasonal concessions, and take a themed ride on TrainTastic’s outdoor train.
The outdoor train ride starts family-friendly from 5:30-6:30 PM, then gets a little spookier from 6:30-7:30 PM for guests who want a slightly bigger Halloween thrill.

Is Tricks, Treats & Trains Scary?
Tricks, Treats & Trains is fun for all ages. The Haunted Depot is recommended for guests ages 8+, and the later, spookier outdoor train ride from 6:30-7:30 PM is also recommended for ages 8+.
Families with younger children can enjoy trick-or-treating, games, costumes, and the family-friendly train ride from 5:30-6:30 PM.
Can Kids Wear Costumes?
Yes. Costumes are encouraged and are a big part of the Halloween fun. Guests can also participate in the costume contest for a chance to show off their Halloween look.
Costumes should be family-friendly and allow guests to safely enjoy the museum and event activities.
