World’s Largest Model Railroad Museum Hosts Ribbon Cutting

GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI – The Mississippi Coast Model Railroad Museum will introduce to the Coast TrainTastic as their new location at their ribbon cutting at 615 Pass Road in Gulfport, MS on June 16, 2023, at 11 AM.

The media and invited guests are encouraged to join us for some “Just Train Fun!” while you experience our amazing 50,000 square feet of fun, education and excitement a day early before our grand opening Saturday, June 17th.

You’ll be able to wander through our city streets in our state-of-the-art facility. Visit our S.T.E.M Lab in the S.T.E.A.M Shop and get your hands on some train exhibits before climbing through the train climber. If you are not too tired take some time to ride one of our outdoor trains, check our Lego collection and of course be amazed by beautiful, detailed model railroad layouts of all scales!

But the fun doesn’t stop there, TrainTastic will also host summer camps, field trips, birthday parties and large community events.

TrainTastic is an exciting addition to this community and is the perfect place to play, learn, create and celebrate!
